The Belfair
Clubhouse is a 37,900 sq. ft. building overlooking Belfair Plantation's Tom
Fazio designed golf course and the Okatie River. The floor plan includes large
men's and women's locker rooms and lounges accented by large volume spaces and
beautiful wood paneling and architectural tile work. The exterior skin is
painted brick and wood trim with heavy asphalt-shingle, sloped roofs and
built-up flat roofs. The structure is a combination of structural steel and
wood frame with an engineered wood truss roof system.
