| The six acre outdoor amenities center includes a large heated activity pool with a lazy river, bridge and zero entry, a sandy beach complete with fire pits and tiki huts that surround the lakeshore as well as an adult pool with eight cabanas featuring fans and data connections. A fully equipped outdoor bar emulating a light house sits on the west end while a soccer field, volley ball court and children's playground occupy the east end. In between the activity pool and the playground pelican fountains. Other site work includes extensive hardscaping with flagstone paving, trellises, naturalized water feature, basketball court and docks. The bathhouse and pool equipment building are also finished with hardi-plank siding and cultured stone to match the campus architecture. |
