downtown Charleston project is a four story, post tensioned, concrete frame structure with parking on the ground level. The building consists of seven custom designed condominiums with brazilian cherry and heart pine wood floors, extensive tile and trim and professional gourmet kitchens. The building exterior is painted stucco with cast stone columns, window trim and perimeter banding. Reinforced fiberglass cornice trim is installed at the roof parapet cap. Aluminum clad metal wall panels are featured on two elevations of the building. Factors Walk North is located adjacent to Waterfront Park in Downtown Charleston. |
