The Berkeley
Hall Gate House is a tall, wood framed structure with brick veneer exterior
walls and architectural grade asphalt shingles located at the community
entrance. The Half-way House is located near the turn on the Berkeley Hall
South Course and includes a kitchen, men's and women's restrooms and indoor and
outdoor eating areas. The Turn Stations are men's and women's restrooms
conveniently located on both of the Tom Fazio design Berkeley Hall golf
courses. These wood frame buildings have white, painted wood siding and an
asphalt shingle roof matching the other amenity structures.
